IMPORTANT NOTE: The store will be closed from July 23-27, 2004 and from August 13-20, 2004. If you place an order during this time, or send payment for an auction, it will be fulfilled when we return.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there are any problems, please contact me and I will try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied, please email with your reason immediately, and we will arrange for a return or replacement. Refund will be minus credit card processing fees and minus shipping.
Return Policy
I allow returns only if all of the below apply:
1. Item is not NRFB or MIB.
2. Item is returned in exactly the same condition as it was received.
3. I am informed by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours and give return approval. Any returns received without prior approval will be refused. I must receive returns within 14 days of you receiving the item.
4. Doll is not as described. We strive to describe all items objectively, in detail and in whole. However, if you feel the item was not as described, explain your reasons and we will resolve it.
Typically, returns will be refunded by personal check. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Remember, if you have other problems or questions, please ask and I will try to accommodate you and/or resolve the issue.
Please note: I do not certify the originality of these dolls' facial paint or nailpolish. I do not repaint or touch up makeup; however, I do not have a method to check whether the dolls have been retouched/touched up or repainted. By bidding or purchasing, you are acknowledging they may not have original paint and agreeing they are sold as is.
Therefore, I will not accept returns based solely on the fact that you have determined the doll was repainted.
Doll shipments are via Priority Mail. Dolls will be shipped in a cardboard box, wrapped in protective art/tissue paper, with packing material such as bubble wrap and/or shredded newspaper.
Clothes and small accessories are shipped in a padded envelope.
Shipping Costs:
Dolls: $5 for one doll
$1 for each additional doll
Clothes: $2 for each outfit
$.50 for each additional outfit
All Other Items: Exact Amount will be determined at time of purchase

Contact between Buyer and Seller must be made within 5 working days and payment must be received within 15 days from end of auction date. This is longer than most sellers allow.
I am very understanding, so please let me know if there is a valid reason for a delay in payment or cancellation. Failure to pay within 25 days will result in negative feedback. Your order will be cancelled, the item relisted, and I will request a refund from EBay, which will automatically cause you to receive a warning from EBay that goes on your record. Buyers with 3 warnings have their accounts suspended in conjunction with EBay policy. I leave feedback for all transactions.
US bidders only, please. I reserve the right to accept or reject bids from bidders with negative/hidden feedback. If you are not sure you should bid because you have one or more negative feedbacks, please email me and ask before bidding.
If you made a non-Ebay/non-Auction purchase and wish to cancel your purchase, please let me know within 7 days so others have the opportunity to purchase the item.
