We use Everyone.net to provide this service. Their email service is excellent, with many features:

HTML capabilities: receive and send mail with links, colors, etc.

Easy method for sending and receiving attachments. Send up to 1 MB in attachments.

Avoid junk mail with Spam detection and prevention

Whopping 6MB accounts can store large attachments and vast quantities of mail.
