Dual Exclusive E-Book and Print on Demand Contract

Summary of terms:

• You earn 70% royalties on the net profits from sale of e-books.



• You earn 50% royalties on print on demand books.



• $500 initial (one-time) fee for POD program (required by the POD service
• $25 each subsequent year maintenance fee.



• You earn 80% royalties on the net profits from sale of print books for the first year, or until you earn $100, whichever comes first.



• Payments occur on a monthly basis provided we owe you at least $20.



• This is an exclusive contract, which means you are NOT free to contract with other publishers or sell your work elsewhere.



• Your book will be published in various electronic formats.

Summary of terms:

• You earn 50% royalties on the net profits from sale of e-books.



• You earn 40% royalties on print on demand books.



• $500 initial (one-time) fee for POD program (required by the POD service.)



• You earn 80% royalties on the net profits from sale of print books for the first year, or until you earn $100, whichever comes first.



• $50 per year maintenance fee for POD program.



• Payments occur on a monthly basis provided we owe you at least $20.



• This is a non-exclusive contract, which means you are free to contract with other publishers or sell your work elsewhere.



• Your book will be published in various electronic formats.

Each of the contracts list your basic obligations and ours as follows:

• Your obligations are to: provide us with an appropriately formatted copy of your book, provide a biography, summary and word count and other pertinent information for posting online, respond to emails, help publicize your book.
• Our obligations are to: format your book for publication, edit the book, publicize the site, post your book in a timely manner, update the site frequently, provide credit card transactions.
